We, the people of Lismore & surrounds love Polenta Chips, with all their Chipotle Aioli goodness. We were devastated when they were taken off the main menu.
We love them, we need them, it's critical to our gastronomical happiness that they are returned to Black Sombrero's menu.

I was walking past the Black Sombrero yesterday and honestly the smell of cilantro made me miss those chips so much that I nearly went inside just to ask the manager if they ever dream of crispy polenta like I do. People keep messaging me saying they have been craving that chipotle aioli and I feel like if we keep showing up they might finally realize that we are serious about this menu change.

I really never thought this would gain this much steam but it just keeps growing and honestly my stomach is rumbling thinking about that chipotle aioli again. Maybe the folks at the restaurant will see how much we miss those golden crispy squares and decide to fire up the fryers once more.

Whilst the absence of the beloved polenta chips has lead me to try other tasty morsels from the menu in recent weeks, the okra was delicious was were the Yukka fries, I remain loyal and true. I am a polenta chips girl through and through. Very much looking forward to seeing them back on the menu .... soon :)

Surely you wouldn't be so cruel? How could you show us the magic of what a polenta chip can truly be then rip it away so heartlessly? Bring back the polenta chip!!!
