Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

We the undersigned note with concern that phones have been taken out of Jobcentre Plus offices. Those phones were used by customers with low incomes to phone the benefits delivery centres as well as employers and other things like housing benefits and the council.

We also note with concern that staff no longer photocopy documents to be sent to the benefit delivery centre and customers on a low income have to use their own money to photocopy documents.
