I know Ms. Forbes wasn’t having it when I was in school & that’s exactly the kind of teacher I needed. Shes exactly the kind of teacher kids need to see today; she demands respect & tells it like it is, all from a place of love. I’m hopeful that there will be an investigation & Ms. Forbes will be vindicated. Cheers to finding a solution.

Pearl Forbes. How can I say that name without a smile? I can’t even begin to express how pissed off I am that this is happening to such a wonderful lady. Ms. Forbes is truly one of a kind and BMHS will definitely have negative setbacks if she is fired. She is one of the only honest people left in the world. If I’m having a bad day at school I can always confide in her, knowing she will know what I should do to move forward. #WeWillFightForPearl

When Ms. Forbes walks down the hallway students call out her name to say hello, run to her for hugs, and jump at the opportunity to be seen.
I am almost sure it must happen to her in the city because she's been teaching for many years.
She is a firm, gentle soul. Leave her be to do her thing!

For the last 20 years she went from being the sub in middle school we all knew not to play with... To the sub in hogh school we all knew not to play with.. To the sub as my colleague I knew I could count on to cover my class because the kids KNOW not to play with her! Love Mrs. Forbes.

I love Ms. Forbes, a strict teacher with a huge lovely heart! She helped kids all through highschool! Probably helped many rethink their lifestyle!
