The below signed are employees of Sutherland Global Services and feel that terminating access to our Z drives will have a detrimental effect on the quality, speed and overall ability of taking calls. We would like to see our access to Z drives brought back as currently we are not allowed to have pens/pencils and paper at our desks and therefore having our own personal drives available makes work much easier giving us the ability to save notes for calling back customers, information on troubleshooting steps, and links for easy access to tools, myCSP articles, and other various helpful information that makes doing our job much simpler. Giving us access to our Z drives therefore enables us to perform our jobs quicker, more accurately and with more enthusiasm and with a more friendly tone due to the increase in moral.
