My son is at SW and he keeps complaining about his schedule getting flipped every week. How are they supposed to learn anything if they cant even stay in the same seat for a month? Admin needs to get it together.

While I don’t attend southwest, as a fellow high school student I find it completely absurd that the school could do such a thing to their students and faculty.

It is not fair and just that we have been taken out of our class and put into a class that we did not pick just because money has been transferred to charter schools instead of the public school system

I have a niece at this school and I also graduated from SW many years ago. It's a great school with many great teachers and counselors, but lackluster and disorganized administrative management. Let's focus on the students' needs instead of creating turmoil and chaos with unnecessary and often, unexplained, changes. Remove the roadblocks to creativity and pursuit of happiness.
