Liverpool Council for our bins are horrendous. Purple bins have ruined the landscape of streets everything. Disgusting colour. Bins should be discreet and not made into soveniers. Awful colour. Should be grey. Liverpool should have harsher laws. Recycloing still abused and the council doesn't care. Folk should be made to re-cycle and fines should be in place. Liverpool looks horrendous from above. Everyone I know hates purple bins. Some twot got paid for this bright idea.

I lived there for 2 years, and rats were everywhere. They regularly broke into our garden, scratching at the backdoor, etc.

Liverpool City Council introduced selective licencing to increase the standard of living in Liverpool. They then take away wheelie bins...WHAT IS YOUR OBJECTIVE? Let's keep improving Liverpool with one clear vision. Give us the bins back and lets avoid problems with rats

My daughter has just graduated in Liverpool and has decided to stay and live there. She pays her Council Tax like everyone else and not being supplied with a bin for household rubbish is absolutely ridiculous for all the obvious reasons!! Never ever have i not been supplied a rubbish bin from the Council. For gods sake... get your act together!!!
