A product that works for so many ...I can't believe you changed it by one little additive that makes the product unusable for most. Consider bringing back the original formula as a marketing ploy. God knows there are a lot of sufferng people out there because you tainted the milk -- hope your satisfied after producing a doctor recommended and loyal customer base -- you really killed it..... I hope your conscience lets you sleep -- we don't

please take out the preservative added to the Nostrilla Nose spray that is burning everyones nasal passages. Go back to the original formula. It was perfect. The FDA needs to stop trying to change products that are fine.They are doing that with a lot of things. Even telling us what we should be eating to stay healthy. They have that all wrong as well.

Will not buy this product again until the formula is changed. The burning is unbearable. Don't you people test your products before you put them on the market?? There's no way someone with human sinuses would not notice this problem. And there's no way this amount of intense burning is NOT doing some damage somewhere. New formula also doesn't work as well. Insult upon injury! You ruined a great product.

New formula ruined my sinuses. I have used the original formula for over 10 years and never had a problem - was always gentle but fast working. I hope the old formula is brought back ASAP!!!

Having same problems as everyone else, burning and sneezing after I use it. Now I am having problems finding a spray that worked as good as the old Nostrilla formula.

I thought I was going a little crazy and couldn't understand why all of a sudden Nostrilla was burning when I used it. I was online just to see if I could order it in a large quantity cheap, when I stumbled across others that were having the same problem and then this petition. Please change it back. Nothing works as well for me but I sure could do without the burning.

Used nostrilla for many many years. Never any problems. Till they changed formula. Caused horrible burning and nasal irritation. Was on the verge of filing a law suit against company if my symptoms didn't improve after discontinuing. Change formula back before you kill someone.

I have been using Nostrilla for years and nothing worked as well. Since the formula changed, it has become a horribly ineffective product. I will never buy it again!

Same thing. New something was up. Unusable. Their sales reps must be in panic mode. Worse yet, they upped the price. Back to Afrin.....

I have been a long time user as well. With this formula change I know experience severe burning up into my eyes, down the throat, and nose feels like on fire. I continually sneeze up to 10 times in a row. There is really something wrong with putting hydrochloric acid in this spray,it's corrosive! Wrote to Insight & they don't care & won't take responsibility. Will no longer support this company and it's a shame they ruined this product.

The burn made me sick for a day. This was the best formula. Certainly, Insight can find a way to rectify the situation. Will not buy Nostrilla again until they bring back the old formula.
