Recently Snapchat has updated the app. This update is absolutely horrible and many agree with me. This update has made people use the app less. As for myslef I would say I go on Snapchat 10x less because of this update. It seems that if the old Snapchat were to come back customers would be happier so overall it would be better for the company as well.
