Throughout my time of Television, I have seen far to many shows cancelled! THIS IS MY FAVORITE NZ DRAMA! it beats Shortland street by a far! YOUR CRAZY TVNZ !!!!!! Just crazy !

This is my absolute favorite TV show. Nothing Trivial is an awesome NZ show, with fantastic story lines and actors. More then I can say for so many other NZ shows. It would be a shame for this to be cancelled and replaced with another mindless reality show or another current affairs show, there seems to be so many of these lately. I don't think the people who made this decision realized how popular this show is. Silly mistake!!!

Bring it back. You would be mad to go ahead with cancelling Nothing Trivial. Best show to come out of NZ. Why not take off some of the other rubbish you air?

Hi Carolyn. In NZ the Nielsen’s Television Audience Measurement System or TAM)is used which provides a detailed analysis of consumer viewing behaviour by numerous demographics. Which members of a household are watching which shows? And which programmes do they all watch together? Which family characteristics, such as income and education correlate with viewing choices? So they are reasonably legit.
In my view ratings should not be the only criteria when it comes to developing and sustaining a domestic tv production industry. We need programmes like NT to reflect who we are and employ actors, writers and production people.
