Seriously.s... lead by example and learn how to take responsibility. The kid acted out maliciously through nefarious conduct. Punish the idiot kid, not the teacher for being a human being.

This teacher has been wrongfully persecuted for having a personal and private life outside of work. Shameful!

Shame in you for further victimizing the victim in this case. Why is the student not being punished? He stole her phone!!! Last time I heard, that was theft.

Too bad the student didn't think of his actions before leaking the photos. I hope this teacher gets her job back, or a better one where she will be treated well

David Eubanks, you are a vile pig and obviously are jealous that a beautiful woman is smarter and more reasonable than you are.

The teacher did nothing illegal or immoral, and should not be blamed for the stupidity and illegal accessing of her personal phone by the student. He should in fact, be sued for malicious mischief and thrown in jail for 90 days. I have seen plenty of other people in the news that have been arrested and jailed for posting nude videos and pictures of people without their permission. This should be no different. She should be reinstated and the student expelled for invasion of privacy. The principal should be terminated, also for abuse of authority. His think is entirely backwards and neanderthal in the extreme. He should be ashamed.

Saying that a woman can't have a life outside of school and blaming her for having one is what's wrong with today's society. We wonder why woman are blamed for being raped.... We are teaching our children that this behavior is ok. This needs to stop.

Not impressed with Eubanks' I.Q. Blaming the victim makes no sense. The student committed multiple crimes against his teacher. If the student had done this to another student, would Eubanks have blamed the victim, or would he have called and ace an ace and exacted justice for the bullying and stealing, and corruption of fellow minors?

Reinstate this teacher. She has done absolutely nothing wrong. She is the VICTIM, why is she being punished?
