This is a stupid issue. The student responsible for this invasion of privacy should be punished, not the victim of this issue..

Since when are teachers not allowed to have private lives? There was no solicitation from her part - these photos were stolen from her personal property. If I was the teacher, I'd be seeking an attorney.

She should not have repercussions for what was wrongfully done to her. I am shocked at the school's administrators to have let this happen.

There is no way Mrs. Arthur should be held responsible for this. Her phone is private property. The boy who stole her phone is responsible for this. Stealing is not okay...

That policy is just ridiculous, poor lady. I truly hope she gets her job back.

I believe the student should be reprimanded. Cell phones have become an extension of ourselves, and they should be treated with the utmost respect. I feel bad for Mrs. Arthur and hope she gets her job back.

To put the blame on Ms. Arthur is shameful. Her poor students have to be so embarrassed that their leadership is blaming the victim--how cliche!

This is ridiculous. The student should be reprimanded at the very least less he go on to harass more women. This school is enabling unacceptable behavior.

You should kick that kids ass. Or, rather than resorting to violence, just throw broccoli at him.

The teacher is a victim. Imagine if the student had stole her credit card information instead, would they still be firing her?

School board should be ashamed of itself. What a joke.
