The kid is 16, he should know better by now. Stop defending a competent, almost-adult for ruining a teacher's career. This 16 year-old POS is going to have an amazingly bright future teaching other inmates how to make shanks.

A 13 YR CAREER DESTROYED:
The student should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I'm sorry to say he should be made an example of. His parents should also face civil penalties as his actions are a result of their lack of parenting.

I think the kid needs some prosecuted to the fullest extent of law he knew from right and wrong of what he was doing and it is very wrong of him so I think the teacher should get her job back because it wasn't her fault at all

Holding the teacher responsible for the unlawful actions of the student in this case is ridiculous. He stole her phone, invaded her privacy, and stole her photos. That's not her fault, it's his. Blaming the victim is absurd.
