This was this woman's personal information. Nobody has the right to look through it or disclose her private messages/photographs without permission. This student was in the wrong, and to punish this teacher for having a body and a sex drive is doing nothing but propagating rape culture and blaming her, the victim, for the wrong that has been done to her. The school district that punishes the victim is disgusting.

This superintendent has sent a powerful message to the rest of the world about how he views a women and how they can be treated in his conservative pseudochristian country. I hope your teacher is reinstated. I know teachers who let students use their phones when they are short on personal electronic devices BECAUSE THEY CARE. Your teacher was greeting students as they entered classroom or maybe she was human and needed to take a bathroom break, maybe she needed to run 3 more copies...where is the student accountability?
I am saddened by this story. Whatever happens remember your effort as well as parents effort to back your teacher (.based on what I have read) will be incredibly healing for her. Her dream may be shattered but knowing that u fought for her will help her heal and get back on her feet.
