The disgraceful comments of superintendent David Eubanks and his view of punishing this woman while letting the student that maliciously violated her privacy go free is sickening. She should be reinstated, the student should face the fullest punishment available and Mr. Eubanks should find new employment elsewhere as his vile point of view shows he has no business being a school superintendent.

This is a conservative religious Far Right Superintendent that is false in his self-righteous beliefs. He prefers to punish the female teacher and protect the male criminal.

The student needs to be punished and the teacher reinstated. You are teaching this student that's it's OK to steal without consequences.

Signing this petition from Northumberland, England. This lady has a right to expect basic privacy as regards her personal belongings, it is totally wrong that she shoul lose her job because that privacy has been breached!

As a healthcare graduate, any information I get ahold of, whether it be text or photos or videos, should be kept private and protected under any circumstances. That includes a patient's nickname. Even as an intern, you are to apply that. I have worked at healthcare offices, and same thing. You could lose your job over an accidental spill of information, or even go to jail. I also believe in getting consents before passing any information due to privacy rights. This teacher's nude photos were in her phone, which is her personal private device. If she texted those pictures to the student, then by all means why reinstate her. But, the student stupidly forwarded her nude photos, which were in her personal device, to the public. I believe she deserves her job back, she isn't a pervert. She didn't do a crime. The student did a crime. He sure as hell is apologizing now because the news has gone viral, but you don't learn a thing until you get some sort of consequences. She deserves her job back, and the student?if the student never changes, he will never survive in any career that requires you to keep your mouth shut and your forward button locked.

The student knew what he was doing when he did it. The only thing that the teacher is guilty of is not locking her phone and keeping put away.
