Final supporters
Recently our Essex tech HVAC teacher Mr. Constantino was fired, this was unfair to him and the students of the shop because it was sudden and based off bias opinion. The complaint came from a group of trouble makers who did not like the teacher so they decided to make a plan to get him fired. This is unfair and upsetting for the students freshmen sophomores (the ones that like him) and the juniors. For the freshman we all came to this school and it was a lot of change and once we finally started to settle into our shop our favorite teacher was taken from us. The sophomores have been with him for over a year and he teaches them everything they need to know. The juniors have been with him for a long time and have formed a bond with him. Mr. Constantino cared about his students a lot for example there is a student in his shop that could not afford work boots so he went out of his way and spent his own money to get them a pair of work boots. Each student has formed a bond with this teacher and it is not right to take away many peoples favorite teacher without warning or explanation. Mr. Constantino helps every student he had is some way. Please sign this petition and help the HVAC students our teacher back.

Al is a great teacher and a stand-up guy. It's terrible that the students' words were taken as fact before all else. I helped him set up his shop and have been back on multiple occasions. The rest of his kids seem to really enjoy him and he was one of the nicest instructors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Career and technical education is something very near and dear to my heart. If one of my teachers were taken away while I was attending Essex Tech, it would have crushed me. Bring back the teacher that these students have already bonded with for sake of their education and fair trial.
My son is in the HVAC program and I've heard nothing but great things from him about Mr. Constantino. He enjoys having him as a teacher.

He is a great teacher. I never had him but I would see him in the halls and he was always so nice and he teaches the kids in hvac a lot. That shop was a mess before he came so to fire him is so wrong.
He deserves his job back. He's ONE OF THE BEST TEACHERS IN THE SCHOOL

Teens are very hard to handle teachers get a bad wrap. How are we giving kids so much control? This is what is wrong with are youth. This man should be given a second chance to many people are backing this teacher. I feel this issue should be reviewed. All facts and actions should be reconsidered. If it was a court of law he would be able to apeal the verdict.
