Recently our Essex tech HVAC teacher Mr. Constantino was fired, this was unfair to him and the students of the shop because it was sudden and based off bias opinion. The complaint came from a group of trouble makers who did not like the teacher so they decided to make a plan to get him fired. This is unfair and upsetting for the students freshmen sophomores (the ones that like him) and the juniors. For the freshman we all came to this school and it was a lot of change and once we finally started to settle into our shop our favorite teacher was taken from us. The sophomores have been with him for over a year and he teaches them everything they need to know. The juniors have been with him for a long time and have formed a bond with him. Mr. Constantino cared about his students a lot for example there is a student in his shop that could not afford work boots so he went out of his way and spent his own money to get them a pair of work boots. Each student has formed a bond with this teacher and it is not right to take away many peoples favorite teacher without warning or explanation. Mr. Constantino helps every student he had is some way.
