I had the pleasure of being taught by Mr. Sheehan for two years in my time at Trinity. Not only did he encourage me to challenge myself in math, but also in so many other aspects of life. His kindness and compassion were an inspiration to us all. I sincerely hope this matter gets resolved and Mr. Sheehan can continue to make Trinity the school that it is.

Right before Christmas my son received a card with a letter in the mail. He happily shared the letter with me written by Mr. Sheehan. We were both so impressed by the time and sincere interest this inspirational teacher showed my son. Mr. Sheehan wished him continued success and much happinessin in his future. He highlighted the importance of our family and a reminder of staying true to what is important to him. The letter was tucked away carefully and will always be kept to remind us of the sincere interest this teacher took in my son. It was truly the nicest thing a teacher has done for my son and it also reinforced why we selected Trinity for our son's education. Our family was saddened to here Mr. Sheehan is no longer a part of the Trinity family. I'm not sure what happened, but considering all the good Mr. Sheehan has done at Trinity it is very disappointing. The student's lost a mentor with no explanation given. The students are taught forgiveness at Trinity and I hope the faculty leads by example by allowing Mr. Sheehan to continue to positively impact our children again.

I'm sorry this has happened, even though I'm not sure how. Mr. Sheehan is an extraordinary teacher and person. He deserves all of the best, and I know he's strong enough to make it through anything!

Such a wonderful person, role model and teacher. He is a huge part of Trinity High School , one we clearly all miss very much. It's not the same to attend a sporting event and not see him in the crowd, or to hear he won't be chaperoning the prom and It makes me very sad to think he won't be there to hug my senior on graduation night after all the love and support he has given them over the past four years . He is a man with one of the biggest hearts in the world. Mr. Sheehan is a stand up member of this community who is always volunteering to help those in need. We will be forever grateful for all the help and support he has shown our children as 3 of 4 of them have attended or still attend Trinity High School. We pray for his quick return.

Billy Sheehan is an incredible role model. Integrity and honesty combined with an incredibly strong moral fiber and sense of humor make him who he is. Whether it is a mission trip with the kids to Montana, showing up at many sporting events or volunteering for multiple community programs one fact remains. He does it all for the betterment of our children. He is welcome in our home and my kids all think the world of him. I hope and pray this matter is resolved soon because Billy Sheehan IS Trinity High school and our school and community are stronger with him.

This man taught me geometry. Using the skills he helped me develop, I became the most powerful pool shark in all South Boston. The funds from my back alley hustlings helped me pay for college. I owe this man my life.

Billy was considered family to me long before I ever stepped foot in Trinity. The avalanche of support speaks for itself, but hands down one of the best people I've ever had the good fortune of knowing. Echoing a lot of others here when I say I'm incredibly disappointed in Trinity over this decision.

Billy made it a point to get to know each and every student, even if they weren't in his class. Not many other teachers at Trinity made the same attempts to get to know the students or genuinely treat them like adults. Trinity will never be the same without Billy.

Mr. Sheehan was an amazing teacher and friend. I was out sick for weeks and was extremely behind in my work. Mr. Sheehan stayed after with me everyday for the following weeks to help me catch up. Trinity will not be the same school without him.

Bill Sheehan is the finest human being I know and without question the finest person who could ever represent THS. I am floored a petition needs to be signed to have Bill brought back to THS.
