There is absolutely no reason he doesn't deserve to come back. He is a great leader/mentor for our children.

I will have three children at Trempealeu Elemenary next year. My husband and I were very saddened when Lynn left although I completely understand his reasons. I felt he had a great relationship with the students, staff and community. His communication and professionalism was great and I always felt informed with what was happening at the school. I was so thrilled when I heard he applied for the principal position. I am very disappointed that he wasn't even granted an interview. Please reconsider as he is deserving of this.

I've had/have three children going through Trempealeau Elementary School. My husband and I were very pleased with Mr. Halverson as the principal of Trempealeau Elementary. We were thrilled to find out he wants to come back. Top notch gentleman- personally and professionally. Please interview him for the position, as it is well deserved.

This is a tax payer/district issue. Who knows what staff member may be next. The the superintendent is to answer to the board, the board answers to the public. This is not happening. The saying that is thrown around "what is best for the children". There is no way this is being followed in this case.

Nothing but positivity came from having him as our Principal. We would be doing our school an injustice by not allowing him to apply for this position. Please reconsider.

Lynn is the best fit for Trempealeau and there is no doubt he should've been on the interview list.
1) Most experience as the Trempealeau principal
2) staff he supervised want him
3) students loved him
4) parents loved him
5) he went above and beyond as our principal

Please allow Mr. Halverson to apply for the position of principle at Trempealeau Elementary. He was a wonderful principle and we would be lucky to have him serve in that role again!

What a blessing to have a great former employee come back to the position! He was loved when he was at the school and he'll be loved again when he comes back! There is no learning the ropes for Mr Halverson, he can just step right back in! We support Mr. Halverson!

Lynn was my oldest sons wrestling coach prior to becoming my middle child's principal. He was a great addition to TE. Next year I have a 4th grader and kindergartener at TE and they need a principal would will stay for more than one year and Lynn will do that. He is what is good for students and staff!
