An entire generation of Americans still remember the venerable Morton Frozen Foods brand. First established by Louisville, KY resident Harold M. Morton in 1938, Morton went on to become one of the nation's premier manufacturers of frozen food products - best known for its pot pies, fruit pies, donuts, and most notably its honeybuns!
The purpose of this petition it to respectfully request that ConAgra (the corporation that presently owns the rights to the Morton brand) continue its re-activation of Morton Frozen Foods and resume production of the brand's most beloved product - Morton honeybuns. Assuming that the product is successful, ConAgra could then perhaps resume production on other Morton products, as it already has with its recent Morton vegetable pot pie with chicken line now available at Walmart. Another possibility would be to get ConAgra to license the rights to Morton to a smaller, specialized company in return for a percentage of the profits.

Twenty-five hundred people actually signed this thing and I keep thinking about how much I miss those honeybuns while I stare at my screen. It feels surreal that we made it this far because I truly thought I was the only one still mourning that specific pastry flavor profile.

I honestly never thought we would see this kind of momentum for flaky frozen honeybuns but here we are and it makes me crave one so badly. It feels like people actually want these back as much as I do (which is a lot since I have been thinking about breakfast pastries for weeks now) and that is just wild to me.

I just found this petition while searching for frozen honeybuns. Would be great to get a fresh baked honeybun in the morning once in awhile. When I buy a bakery package, I don't eat them fast enough before they get stale (or eat too many at a time!).
I thought of Morton Honey Buns while shopping in the grocery store today. Haven’t had a honey bun in years but these were my absolute favorite. Came home with Little Debbie honey buns which will probably pale in comparison. BRING BACK MORTON’S!
Your missing out making a lot of money.grew up dedicated to these. THEY ARE THE BEST. Kroger had them for a while but they TOO made the mistake of removing them. If you brought them back I would buy them by the case. THERE THAT GOOD
These were absolutely amazing. There has never been a substitute as far as I'm concerned. I used to make them every time my husband and I had friends over, when we were in college in the early 70s. Are good things ALWAYS ruined?
I grew up with Morton foods. I would love to see them brought back....especially the frozen honey buns. They were so good, hot from the oven. I've often told my children about them and wished I could have made them for them as my Mom did for us. It was a special treat :)
Please bring back the best cinnamon buns.

Morton honey buns were the best of all time. Our family had them every Christmas and special day for breakfast. I didn't limit my son to special occasions. These were one of the few ways I could get food in him before school...super picky eater! Please bring them back.
