This Petition is to share with the shelter and city to demand Mike’s Chance Rescue be welcomed to rescue dogs from FWACC shelters. Without Mike’s Chance hundreds to thousands of dogs will die. There are many people involved in rescue and anyone doing it knows it’s not easy but it takes a VILLAGE. The shelter’s protocols in vetting new owners is non-existent. They have no right to pull moral superiority. We need them back now! I’m sure many of you like myself have worked with Mike’s and they have been amazing! They save so many dog’s lives and care so much about them! We need them, but most of all this is about the dogs. Not about politics and ego. This is a CRISIS and we don’t have time for shelter games. If the shelter will not meet our demands, then we will continue our investigation into their own procedures. Concentrating on a movement of change until outrageous euthanasia totals improve. Please sign to save hundreds of lives today! You are what these dogs need today! So many are waiting for their second chance right now in PRE EUTH and Mike’s Chance is eager to help.

At the rate animals are being abandoned and euthanized in this city, it does not make sense to turn away viable help. Set up a probationary period or other conditions if you must, but please... do it for the animals.
Please work with Mike's Chance Rescue to save many more innocent dogs. I live in the Pacific NW and follow FWACC's Volunteers page and have pledged hundreds to Mike's Chance. It takes a village to save the many, many homeless dogs in Texas. PLEASE WELCOME THEM BACK!
My newest baby Penny (formerly Polly) was saved by Mike’s Chance just a couple of months ago from the FWAC shelter. She is now living her best life in NH!
Without Mike’s chance pulling last call dogs from Fort Worth, many more dogs will die. Please do the right thing to save the dogs in your care. There are not enough other rescue groups and shelter fosters to save these Last Call dogs, particularly the pitbulls.
I've only fostered for FWACC through Mike's Chance Rescue because they actually care and help find homes for these dogs! Bring them back!
Mike's is an excellent rescue, taking on the hardest cases. Please reinstate his partnership with you!

I have no idea why you’ve blocked Mike’s Chance from saving FWACC dogs. I remember you letting a scammer foster a pittie and then had to get it back. You don’t vet adopters. But you are blocking a legitimate rescue from saving dogs. You want to save dogs or kill them?
