Watching your comments roll in reminds me exactly why this show defines an entire era for so many of us. I am spending my time digging through production contacts to ensure the right people see exactly how much this character belongs to one person alone.

Seeing this wave of support reminds me exactly why Lucy Lawless is the only warrior princess who belongs on our screens. The depth of this loyalty proves that no reboot could ever replace the heart she brought to the role.

Lucy deserves to be Xena just as much as Harrison Ford deserved to be Han Solo. Furthermore, Renee O' Connor also deserves to be Gabrielle. Both of these women can still kick ass.
Xena = Lucy Lawless! Any atempt to reboot the series without her won't be the same. It's like rebooting "Star Trek:TOS"; they did it, but it lacks the original charm.
Xena is Lucy and Gabrielle is Renee...the only TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!
It HAS to be Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor! I can't think of anyone who can fill those boots but them.
LucyLawless IS Xena. And »Renee O'connor Gabrielle. there's no way around it. And Hudson Leik is Callisto. The reason we want it back is the cast! None of it would make sense without them!

oh yes. Its NEVER Xena without the real Xena - Lucy Lawless. X-files was able to do it with the original actors. Why not Xena?
