CELEBRITY FITNESS WANGSA WALK

To whom it may concern:

I am starting this petition to try and convince the management of Celebrity Fitness Wangsa Walk to keep Leonard for Wednesday and Friday evening classes. On June 22, 2014, Leonard's Wednesday classes were informed that he would not be returning as he was being let go. Trace back to 2 months ago, Friday evening classes like Fun Step, Core-ball and Body Pump had been redistributed to other instructor or completely taken off the available classes. Now again, Wednesday classes like Step, Body Pump, and Energy Aerobics were all given to other instructor to conduct.

We are the majority who go to Leonard class should have a voice to be heard about this issue. We are disappointed that we are not even consulted by management about the decision and we believe that CFWW has no right to remove his all together. Most of us are doing all his classes. If let go, all team members will be let down as we will not have the teaching of Leonard behind us. The entire team member are taking or planning to take, his prior mentioned classes will not be able to experience what an amazing instructor he is.

He is a good instructor for CFWW team members and is one of the best we've seen in communicating, motivating, and directing students. He is an understated and hard-working man of the highest integrity, who always focus on conducting the class. We all are so enjoy and been motivated from the classes conducted by Leonard! He also is a creative instructor who always give us surprise in-prompt with many new workout ways. There are the teamwork can shown in the class especially energy aerobic when all members can play together into a sight. We believe that no any other class can created such fun and awesome circumstances.

This is a petition is keep Leonard as our Wednesday and Friday evening classes instructor at CFWW. We as his students would like to keep our instructor! We are sincere to demand and expect Leonard could come back on field.
