I would like to have a late day for Thursday as i think it make us feel more refreshing since we get to have enough sleep

this late day is a good thing for us upper sec since on Wednesday we end pretty late and we also have homeworks to do when we reach home . Having the late day gives us more time to get enough sleep before school

With more rest, we can feel more energetic to study and we do not really have to rush for breakfast everyday

the late days are very very crucial to the upper secondary, in case y’all lower secs didn’t know. the amount of workload and lack of time isn’t helping us to cope well in school, and the late days are the one that is helping most of us in this tough situation. for me, i go to school early on late days to do my work and revision especially during the exam periods. and you do not know how much this has helped me to reduce workload and be less stressed about not having time to revise. so please kindly bring back the late thursdays on the behalf of the upper sec!!!

i understand how lower secs dont want to have late days but it is extremely extremely important for us upper secs to have it .like what others have mentioned, it’s extremely difficult to stay awake in class with the 5-6 hours of sleep and it acts as important revision time for us especially when we have 2 exams on the same day. it’s not easy for us to finish our revisions and stay awake early in the morning at 6 every single day. i rly appreciate how the sch takes in suggestions of the lower secondary and hope you consider the upper secondary’s requests’ too. thank you.

please please don’t remove the thursday late days, the mornings in late days are very precious to people esp in the upper secondary! please!!

Usually, the upper secondary ends at around 3pm and we still have supplementary classes after the whole day of lessons which are until 5 pm - 6 pm. So I don't think late day on Thursday should be removed because after the long day, we still have to complete our stacks of homework and revision, causing us to sleep at 12am - 2am and we're suppose to wake up at 6 am the next day. 4 - 6 hours of sleep per day is not clearly not enough for everyone! The lack of sleep will also cause us to be unable to focus in class. Comparing last year and this year, without late days on Thursday, we usually feel very drained out after Wednesday and will start falling asleep in class on Thursdays and Fridays, which are commonly seen. However, with the late day on Thursday, we tend to be more focus and awake during class. Hence, this are clear signs of how late day on Thursdays helped all of us so much. The lower secondary clearly ends their classes at 2-3, which is way earlier than us and they do not have that much of homework compared to the upper secondary. At most, they'll only stay up till 10pm -11 pm to complete their homework and revision for the day. Hence, I can understand why they wish to have early start day in order to go home early. After all, who would not want to go home early if the situation allows? But please, be more considerate and understand the life of the upper secondary just by a little. We really need the late days in order to have sufficient amount of sleep. Thus, I strongly feel that late day on Thursday is necessary and essential for our mental well-being! I think the late start on Thursdays are useful to me as it allows me to be able to have more time to consolidate my learning and have recover sufficiently .
