There is a rule she had a mini stroke ,if it happens again ABC can get sued. She can always come back next season.

I think ABC and/or DWTS really dropped the Mirror Ball Trophy on this one. Since Kim was cleared to dance but not fly why didn't they allow her to dance with Tony in Atlanta. Location should not be the criteria but the actual dance. Perhaps going forward, the rules could be changed to state that if you cannot perform (which clearly was not the case here) each judge will deduct some arbitrary number of points from your previous weeks score and that is what your new score will be. Some sort of penalty but not that the pair MUST withdraw from the competition. .

If she is cleared to dance and to fly she should be allowed to return for Tony's sake if not her own. Over the years I have watched Tony end up with some pretty terrible partners and Kim seems like she has promise. Derek Hough was injured last year and his partner was allowed to continue with another pro. Seems like it would only be fair to give Kim and Tony another chance. Also, if the things this is a problem due to legality then poll the other performers and ask them how they feel. If they are all in agreement, what's the problem? Since no one was eliminated this week they can do a double elimination next week if they let Kim and Tony return. It's a Dance Competition not the Supreme Court.

This is why dwts is losing ratings. That was so unfair. I've watched all the seasons and u guys have used videos of the dancers if they couldn't dance the night of the show and judges them on that. I will not watch no more till she is brought back. This was unfair.

Bring them back! ! You can't help a health issue. I give Kim so much credit for even wanting to come back. They weren't voted off so why wouldn't they still be competing! !!! You go kim!!!

The decision was unfair, they have bent other rules they can bend this one. A good lawyer can do something about it.
