I understand the whole "rules are rules" but it seems like she was willing and ready to perform but she couldn't fly to LA. It's all for entertainment right? Give her and Tony a break.

The only restriction was that she couldn't fly...not that she was not healthy enough to dance. I believe they could have danced via satellite...nothing in the rules says that is a disqualifier.

They deserve to come back ..You can't hold someone to something out of their control . She didn't quit !

Kim and Tony deserve to be able to continue with the competition. She had a stroke that is not something one can help and the legal team need to realize that and hold their standards to people who will be unable to dance for weeks. This was one time due to doctors orders and they need to bring them back!!!!!

They weren't even in the elimination list on Tuesday. It's possible to have a double elimination to make up for it.

Kim should be able to return to DWTS as she did not have a medical problem she had an airline ( flight restriction ), oh and if she's not allowed to return to the competition, my wife will make my life " a LIVING NIGHTMARE " ! Thanks.
