They deserve to be back on the the show because she had a medical reason for missing and shouldn't be penalized for it

I know DWS is looking out for their selves as well as Kim but Kim is a grown woman and know the risk and I am pretty sure she talked to a doctor. So in order for her to come back the should have some type of contract that if she gets hurt, died, or etc. that they can not be blamed/sued! Let it be know that they warned her but it was her choice. But they are scared that it may bring a bad name to their show!
