It's ridiculous they have even have that as a rule. It's not a law, so not sure why their "legal" team is so involved. I get it they're worried about a potential lawsuit if Kim is hurt while dancing. It's called documentation. If she is cleared by her doctor and DWTS maintains a record that as well as whatever waiver Kim signed, because I know she had to sign one, what is the issue. This is a show for entertainment. I mean really!!
