Rules are made to be bent once in a while. This is a special circumstance, it is only fair and right to allow Kim to come back and finish the show. Give Tony and Kim the chance they deserve.

Was out of her control, bend the rules. You had a professional dancer Alfonso on as a guest dancer and he ended up winning Hmmmm?? So i think the rules can be bend in bringing Kim...
