Kim deserves the chance to prove herself! She made such progress and should be judged by her dance ability, not her medical condition.

The fans nor the judges have voted her off the shows so medical condition that could not be controlled should not either!!!! DWTS should be ashamed!! I will not watch again until the issue has been resolved!!!

I am a retired police officer and there are times that we use our discretion to either charge a person with a crime or not. So there has to be something in the rules that can possibly bring Kim and Tony back. If there is a waver that Mrs Kim can sign and take all legal responsibility of the show in case she where to fall ill while dancing.
