Kelly Bates is my meteorologist. If she isn’t on WJAR, I will no longer watch the channel.

You guys are making a big mistake!!!!
She does a fabulous job and is a genuine, nice and all around wonderful person. I am very disappointed in NBC10.

Kelly has done an excellent job for 17 years and deserves to be brought back to continue as a meteorologist on WJAR. Don’t plan to watch WJAR now that she’s no longer on the air.

Kelly was a
Class act and knew how to teach us what was happening with the weather. She is the best. Not interest in channel 10. Wondering what that contract stipulated, sad you don’t take care of the best

She was excellent at her job. She should definitely come back. I always watched 10, hopefully they bring her back or I will be forced to change channels.

Kelly Bates is fabulous. She does so much more than just report the weather.
We miss the Mario and Kelly weekend show, but we stayed for Kelly. Bring her back with what she deserves and you've regained viewers.

I think that is really bad. I enjoyed watching her give the weather. I am not going to watch this station anymore. There is no loyalty anymore. You should be ashamed of yourself channel 10!

Only reason to watch channel 10 was because of Kelly. But no more. Idiotic move.

You needed to negotiate with Kelley. She’s been the best in serving this community for a long time. Wake up!

I enjoyed watching Kelly Bates on the weekend mornings. I have thoroughly enjoyed her personality and joy every weekend. And it was refreshing to see someone who was like me. A real human being. Please bring her back.

Kelly is a local talent, a treasure, and a powerful viewership influencer in our local culture. Sinclair has absolutely done the wrong thing by not being reasonable and agreeing to a fair contract.

Kelly was an excellent meteorologist. She had a very down to earth approach to her. I will be permanently switching to channel 12
Standing with Kelly!
