So sad how companies don’t appreciate their employees these day all we are is just another number and all they care about is the share holders not the workers we are all disposable no matter how hard we work for them and how much of our lives we give up for the company sad

I am completely shocked and disgusted by the actions of WJAR! There is NO younger replacement for Kelly Bates, as she is a loyal and trusting wife, mother and meteorologist. The many recent changes to replace amazing team members is discriminatory and unacceptable!!
In addition, the new, younger members, are an embarrassment!!
