This makes ZERO sense. She and Mark are the only ones who are good!

Kelly professionally and articulately delivers the weather. She is more pleasant to watch and hear than a couple of the other male meteorologists the station employs. She will be sorely missed.

I enjoy seeing Kelly and have for several years now. It is so wrong to offer an insulting offer after all the time she has given to WJAR. I will also no longer watch your news with out her presence forcasting our local weather.

We love Kelly and always talk about how nice it is to have a skilled ‘real’ lady doing the weather instead of a plastic bobblehead!

Kelly is the absolute BEST! I don't trust any other weather person in RI. I've watched 10 weather for decades. Unless, Kelly Bates is back to her normal time slots and full-time contract, I will not watch Channel 10 news again.

Kelly is the reason I have watched channel 10 news. She is upbeat & down to earth. No reason to watch WJAR now.
