Someone who (devotes) puts there heart & soul into there work should be rewarded & not fired (let go). That's disrespectful, especially all them years. Makes you wonder why any body would do charity work or donate to there favorite charity in there community, if there going to get fired. Great game caller, bring Jim Hunter back.

Why...makes no sense...Jim has dedicated himself to this team and organization for 24 years...he deserved to be treated better. Shame on our front office!

I heard that the guy who is making the broadcasting decisions is one of my old bosses at an ad agency in Bel Air. Guy got fired by the Orioles two times and is back yet again as he’s tight with Peter's son John. This guy is a massive Trumper/Republican and when I was at his wife’s ad agency there were no employees of color. Saw on their website that’s still the case. Guy is a money-hungry pig who is only out for himself and is not liked out in the local advertising community. He did a pathetic job building this broadcast team, getting rid of veteran talent and going cheap. Broadcasts last year were trash. Unlistenable. Hired minor league broadcasters so he didn’t have to pay them much and got what he paid for — a minor league sounding broadcast.

Awful move by the Orioles.  I heard that the guy who is making the broadcasting decisions is one of my old bosses at an ad agency in Bel Air. As a long-time listener of Mr. Hunter’s work, he is invaluable to the Orioles. Mr. Hunter’s vast vocabulary, knowledge of baseball, and passion for the Orioles enhance every broadcast. Indeed, Mr. Hunter’s work brings pride and dignity to the club’s broadcasts, which makes them rise above all others. Please allow Mr. Hunter to return to his job if he chooses to return to it. Thank you
