This is the only Austin radio station that is both entertaining and family friendly. And, it was the only thing keeping 94.7 afloat in the Austin market! Letting JB go was terrible for Austin, and for 94.7

JB is an austn icon. I've listened to he & Sandy for 17 years. I even when they moved to Dallas. The station is making a huge mistake.

I submitted my concerns to the owners of Mix 94.7 and this was their response: "Linda, Thank you for your loyalty. JB would appreciate it. No one here is happy about this decision either. I made a very difficult choice in order to keep the show local with Sandy, Sara and Alex. They will move forward and continue to help Austinites from our studios in Westlake. JB and Sandy are a pair... They go together like peanut butter and jelly!! You can't have one without the other... And I've been listening to them for years and years. Please bring back JB and keep the show the way it was. Nothing was wrong with it! Don't disappoint us. :)
