Acceleracers does have potential for a comeback, at least for something like Retro Entertainment or RLC. Hell, Acceleracers content were main selling points for games like Infinite Loop and Unleashed, with considerable hype being generated in Unleashed's case that no doubt lead to higher sales.

Having all 36/36 cars from the original run is cool and all... but I'd be very open to a continuation and more vehicles to add to my collection.

I had always been a bit into Hot Wheels since I was born around the time World Race came out, and that movie, along with AcceleRacers, really put me into the amazing world of Hot Wheels toys and car culture as a whole as a little kid and onward.
Growing up with the franchise has done a lot for me, and seeing Mattel finally do something with the IP after so long would be one of the single greatest things that happen in my life, as I'm sure it would for countless others ranging in the possible hundreds of thousands. Maybe even way more than that.
Mattel, please, I'd throw a kidney your way if I can just have even the toy line come out again and get liveries for other cars with official AR movie liveries, let alone a movie continuation/reboot. Your missing out here; lotta money on the line.
