To all of you geniuses who clearly do not live in the brookpark..where do you suppose it should be held..on a construction site?? Brookgate is not owned by the city and the library is under construction. The residents will still enjoy all the activities set up for us...parade, softball, pagents, and fireworks. if your lucky enough to own a yard in brookpark...Last but not least home days is just that..for residents who call brookpark HOME or have.. not for everyone... try your city..

I understand an undesirably large number of people from outside our community show up at this event. If there is a budget issue, we should introduce a small admission fee to non-residents of Brook Park, Berea, or Middleburg Heights, keeping the games, attractions, vendors, and (most importantly) local businesses/non-profits.

I want my children to be able to experience Home Days just like I did at their ages. Taking this away is NOT what this once great city is about. I am all about supporting Brook Park, but if they take away Home Days I will have to take my children and my money to surrounding cities that will have carnivals.

This city will lose money if Home Days (not community days) is taken away! Ever heard of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? You are really going to piss off a lot of people and don't count on a re-election for yourself Coyne!
