IThink the kid should be able to wear their costumes at school for a parade it was good enough for me when I was a child and I believe the children should have that it's not fair that apparently money for a costume that they only get to where once.

Let's try to leave the simplicity in things the world has gotten bad enough to take any more unnecessary joys away from our children any opportunity they have to be free and have fun should be fulfilled especially with the holidays!! They deserve what we had and that much more!

Ridiculous. When I was in elementary school Halloween was celebrated by wearing costumes and having a parade outside! Every parent was there and after would have a Halloween party in class. Even now at the age of 32 I had so much fun back then thinking back at that age. I want the same for my daughter when she goes to elementary school!! Bring Halloween back! If families are "offended"
then they simply do not participate!! Stop ruining it for everyone else!!!

Let's hope you're a little smarter next year and this petition is even necessary. There should be no reason why Halloween parades are cancelled for any reason
