Maybe Netflix should stop with this mass production of original shows so they don't have to cancel a bunch because they are broke!!! Why leave the fans hanging!! Just makes me want to not even watch Netflix originals at all!!

Gypsy is one of the best series I have watched in a long time and should be continued.

The Diane/Sidney storyline needs to have closure. The entirety of Season 1 was a constant power play between the two and the messed up but sincere attraction between the two ladies is beautifully executed. It would be nice to see how Jean will get out of this insane mess. Just give us back GYPSY!

We are trying to break through with more lgbtq+ people on our tv screen, and it might not be as popular as other shows due to the opinion of some straight, homophobic, transphobic, etc people, but there comes a line where you decide if views are more important than showing young teenagers that they exists, that they are here too and that they matter. Maybe some shows like "Faking it" and "Gypsy" aren't meant to become extremely popular with mindblowing views, maybe they're just here to hit the right kind of views. From the people who watch a thousand straight people get their happy ending in a thousand different shows, or the people who have to watch two women with incredible chemistry go to waste because of a 'shocking death' for the views, 'it was only an experimence before I get back with my ex-boyfriend', 'we treated each other like any straight couple do, but never became canon', or the people who have to watch the cast laught at them for shipping a noncanon ship on their own show. I'm not all in for the clichè 'girl cheats on boyfriend with another girl' we see at times either. But at least it's a step forward, promoting our lady's loving lady's relationships on screen. Shows like these are shows where people who have been left out or buried under the heterosexual image can say FINALLY. I can FINALLY relate. I can FINALLY see myself in that character. FINALLY two lgbtq+ people can be canon and get the happy ending they deserve, just like real life lgbtq+ people deserves. For some people it's not just a show, or just a character. You never know what some might see in it. And for the people who have been denied the right to 'exist' in this world for generations. I have only one thing to say for cancelling a show that might hold a deeper meaning to those people: How DARE you take that away from them.

A beautifully written and acted show that really challenged it's viewers, forcing them to think and feel. Such a refreshing change from the throwaway rubbish elsewhere on TV. We are all Diane. We need Season 2.
