As a gay woman, I remember my first love and the drama of thinking I had to be straight...this show brought to light a beautiful but complex relationship with 2 women who cared for one another is their own self destructive way. Being a lesbian is not what's in porn films, the story had only just began to evolve with the introduction of Melissa. Not since the L word have we had such powerful female leads....don't loose something because it doesn't sing to the masses, keep it because to the people it matters to, it counts. Sometimes a show is not about ratings....but about the connection people make to the characters, storyline and experiences in their past. Dare to be something different Netflix
