The meals have already been paid for. to deny one's rights to distribute their own property amongst others is both illogical and immoral.

We paid for this, it’s our money, we can use our swipes as we want.

Why do they care what we do with the swipes? We paid for them we should be able to do what we want with them

Another example of the university trying to fill its wallet before its students

This is completely ridiculous. I am paying for my meal plan not UDM.

This rule makes no sense, we have to pay for a meal plan that is already set, and now we don't even get to choose how to use it. We get so many meals we don't know what to do with let us help people who need them or let us make our own meal plan.

I should have control over who eats off of my meal plan. In fact today, I had to wait to get a plate! Unacceptable!

Yes I agree!!! So much is wasted and flex left over at the end of the year should be donated to give food to those less fortunate.

This is ridiculous. First the McNichols entrance and now limiting swipes that students already paid for? As someone mentioned previously, many students already have extra swipes at the end of the year. It's obvious the school is trying to make cut backs since they are not doing well financially but I would say that taking away things from your students isn't going to make them want to stay. In fact, I know several people transferring and moving off campus because they are unhappy with the quality of student life. Not a good look UDM.
