I don't understand why the City just lets a nice piece of land just sit there. It could be a workable location and create some more jobs and entertainment for the Community and Tourists.

We've already taken the initial steps as far as checking for land ownership, zoning laws, researched at city hall, talked to possible investors ect, will keep you folks posted.
