In an effort to rebuild the MS Gulf Coast, it is essential that every opportunity be met with creativity, flexibility and rationality. Old codes that were meant to be supportive of previous occupants met their purposes. However, new venues, alternative practices and creative projects must be supported. The implementation of all reasonable variances needed to rebuild the Coast have to be enacted in order for us to survive.
