Final supporters
We, the hardworking students of UoL, demand that free ULU Friday nights (Student Central) are reinstated. Previously Europe's largest student union we hope to carry on the legacy that was started in 1921 and return everyone's favourite Friday night hotspot to what it once was and once again unite students from all the London universities. We are lonely and have no friends so please give us back a social life #savefridayculture

The petition has reached 100 signatures which meets the threshold for a formal request for review by the student union board. I am drafting the official correspondence now and will submit the documentation to the administration by the end of the week.

Please guys, this a genuine appeal, ULU helps to subdue my endless loneliness, I know I like to act confident but that's all it is, an act. When the great music of ULU is blaring, I feel alive, and if I try to talk to people, it's so loud I can even pretend they're talking back. From a lost soul.
I am an FYR and leader of the Year 1 RUMS (Royal Free, University College and Middlesex Medical Students Society) group chat. I am formally supporting this proposal.
Hiya guys, I know this whole comment thing is a bit of a joke, but can we please tone down some of the more sexist remarks? I find it quite insulting personally and shouldn't really be tolerated somewhere like UCL.
London is getting less and less student-friendly. For those on meagre student budgets, this used to be the one place to socialise and take part in London student nightlife.
I really loved ULU! Getting the chance to socialise with your peers after a stressful week in medschool was an absolute gift from the Union. It was a great sense of release in terms of pressure and meant that I had an outlet in terms of stress. Please do all that you can to bring it back!
It was one of d best happening place around, it's dead now.

It is an utter disgrace that we have been deprived of our basic rights to enjoy our best moment of the week! Restricting students on their economic background is beggars belief. I am repulsed and demand immediate action! Students of the world unite, we have nothing to lose but our dignity! P.S I'm a Tory
