Don't keep shooting yourselves in the foot. Merchants are suffering.

I haven't shopped there since though started charging for parking.

The paid parking is ridiculous when the merchants pay hemorrhaging rent. A customer cannot shop at Macy's and then shop at Nordstrom without going past the time limit since they are on opposite ends of the mall. Forget trying to go to Starbucks or have a meal.

I have not and will not shop at CC as long as this is the policy. I live near Alameda and Washington so it is by far the closest place, but no way.

Some sales people in the mall work on commission. When people are pressured about time then these people's sales suffer. Then there are the restaurants. Many people in the surrounding areas used to use some of them as a place to meet for lunch, or to grab a quick lunch themselves, but now with the paying & such it is a hassle. Me personally I would go with my children, play for awhile, shop, & eat. It was a nice leisurely way to spend a few hours, but I have not been since paying started.

If I want to go to the Apple store, e.g. I will have to pay for parking by the time I get out, therefore I don't go. Apple's 7 my loss.

Cherry Creek merchants are suffering enough as result of Denver's crazy building frenzy without parking. Help them where possible!

I agree that the parking should be free. I frequent Cherry Creek Mall and spend time as well as money. I shouldn't be penalized for patronizing the stores.

At least let the stores validate the parking for true customers. I understand that employees around Cherry Creek have been parking in the lot all day, but customers should not be penalized because of this.

I could always find a place to park before they started charging, both in the covered parking and in the surface lots. I am not convinced there was a need.

If you want people to shop at your store you should give them a free place to park. Let them spend their money in your store, not on parking their car.

At least comp parking for true mall shoppers. I understand not wanting unauthorized cars there, but I feel like this is punishing a legitimate group unfairly. When I go to the mall, I get in and get out, as I refuse to pay for parking. Also, take a look at the empty or soon to be empty storefronts. No stores and no customers = a dead mall

Parent to a small child who likes to play at the play area after shopping. With the paid parking in place, we feel too rushed and no longer spend our time wandering the mall.

Try other ways of keeping out overnight parking and long time parking. Technology can help in such tracking.
