Why speedway left Exeter is beyond me. West Point is a perfect location for the track loads of room, plenty of parking, right off the M5. Not close to houses! To have people complain about one night a week of noise is silly and it's all over by 10.00 latest. If we can have a football ground right in town with lots of noise why not a speedway track on the outskirts. Plus you don't get drunk people making noise or fighting or causing trouble from speedway! Lots of people would watch it from Exeter and other areas. Don't put it at haldon forest. The weather can be great in Exeter and it could be raining or snowing up there. If it's foggy up there the riders won't be able to race and it is a lot of the time. PLEASE bring speedway back to Exeter and put it at westpoint. I'm 25 and I used to watch it every Monday night as a kid until the track closed. It is missed by a lot of people in Exeter! Don't just back the football and the rugby!! The Falcons used to be one of the world best teams and now it's just forgotten about by Exeter city council!!! All they seem to care about is the football and the rugby. So again please bring the Falcons back!

I grew up being taken to the speedway and it was an enjoyable evening out with my relatives and a lot of fond memories. I believe that today's generation would benefit from this sport even today. Bring back the Exeter speedway.

exeter needs its speedway club back. i used to travel 45 miles every monday from kingsbridge. i know plymouth is nearer but its TOO SMALL after being used to the county ground

A good family sport me and my dad went every week and me uncle Gerald worked the turnstile such good banter on the back straight.
I'll always remember the time when Colsey was collecting for the BEN FUND in the interval and one of the farmers asked if he had let the clutch out because he had time to txt his mate before he got away from the tapes. GOOD TIMES bring back the Falcons.

Used to travel up from Cornwall to watch Exeter fairly regularly. Especially when Trelawny were racing against them! The South West needs another speedway track!
