Dr. Zucker should be reinstated immediately, his top priority has always been his patient's well being. I am not sure I can say the same for RWJBH and NBIMC administration. My husband is alive today because of Dr. Zucker and his transplant team and I am concerned about my husband's care without Dr. Zucker. He and all the heart transplant recipients have gone through so much for a better quality of life and to have their well being jeopardized at this point without Dr. Zucker's expertise is very upsetting. Please bring Dr. Zucker back now!

It boggles credulity that a doctor of his experience, and a lawyer, could make the statements that were reported in the Propublica article. In this digital age all recordings can be edited to make sensational stories. I question the illegally obtained recordings, and the reporting of such. Dr. Zucker must offered the possibility of returning as director of the heart transplant program at NBIMC. As heart transplant patient under Dr. Zucker's care only reinstating him to his former position will give me the confidence to continue my follow-up appointments at NBIMC. Only his reinstatement and the dismissal of those involved in the illegal recordings, will give me the confidence to recommend NBIMC to others at a heart transplant center.

I have worked with Dr. Zucker for more than 25 years. He is one of the best doctors I've ever met. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are cared for. When it comes to decision-making, he is very careful and thorough. It will be a big loss for the heart transplant team and the patients if he doesn't come back.

Bring Dr. Zucker Back. You can not substitute 30 years of expertise in this specialized field. He has been a beacon for all patients in his care, for the countless hospitals he has serves, physicians he has trained, advised and colleagues to improve the care of heart failure & transplantation.
Less not forget the miles stones that Dr. Zucker has lead. One in particular; over 1000 Heart Transplant. Bring Dr. Zucker Back!

There is not enough words or space on this page to describe the Brilliant gifted compassionate ethical and DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL Dr. ZUCKER IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN. Not having him at the helm of the program he Successfully created is a travesty, irresponsible and borders maleficent by denying patients access to his clinical expertise and administrative leadership. As stated prior, one action, comment or even a mistake should not define a human being or discount decades of honor to NBI , RWJStbarnabas system or the city of Newark and state of NJ

One man who has been involved in over a thousand transplant patients progress and countless thousands of lesser cardiac procedures improving, if not saving lives. Let’s not have another patient deprived of his knowledge and skill. Bring him back.

Please bring him back this is a very devastating time for the Heart Transplant Department and the patients as well as Dr. Zuker. He has dedicated his life to this program saving countless lives delivering excellent care having sleepless nights to make sure his patients are cared for. I am not sure who is responsible for all this mishap but I pray that God will deal with them accordingly there are to many life’s that need to be saved. Bring Him Back!!!!!
