My son only swim with Coach Todd for a short time. Just a few weeks. He is a really good technique coach and was very understanding about Kevin's injuries and was helping him to work through techniques that would help him to avoid future injury. He was excellent about communication through email or texting with parents.

My daughter, MJ, has really enjoyed Coach Todd. When she got moved up to Performance she was so happy. She was devastated when she found out Coach Todd wasn't her coach anymore.

Coach Todd was a great coach to me, I loved having him as a coach. He helped with a lot of my swimming, I hope i get the chance to work with him again. I actually had seen him coaching before I even started swimming. Coach Todd was very kind, helpful, and most importantly a great coach to me, and the other swim brothers and sisters. I love this sport and Coach Todd I would love to have him back.

My daughters have trained on the same teams as Ryan Murphy and Caleb Dressel!! There is only one other coach besides Todd who possesses the skill and insight for swimming! I truly believe that the executive board does not have the knowledge required to make this kind of a decision, all on their own, and then behave as if they are beyond reproach! I signed my girls up to swim for Coach Todd after researching all coaches in the Tampa area prior to moving here from Jacksonville. I did not sign up for the "Executive Board Team"! Come on families, let's make this right!

I have very big goals for myself in swimming. Only Coach Todd can help me reach my goals! Nothing is the same without him! You need to bring him back!!

Find a way to bring Coach Todd back to his old job and structure the leadership so that he is actually free to do what he does best....coach our swimmers without board interference. Certainly there needs to be checks and balances to make sure the coach is on track, but meddling and interference from the board has no place!
