It is just wrong to the athletes to get rid of a talented coach after one year of having a team. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAD A GOOD RECORD ESPECIALLY FOR THEIR FIRST YEAR!

Coach Rose is an amazing character and has had a positive influence on all of us that have played under him, he gave us all the opportunity to grow as a person and a player and i’m eternally grateful for that.

As someone who previously attended Mary Baldwin. This is exactly why I left, policies that make no sense and higher ups who have their head so far in space they make decisions without thinking of the consequences. Why would you get rid of a coach the players like? A coach a player adores is far more likely to succeed than a coach players hate.
