We Need ILT

This is the problem with BHS, constant upset and changes. ILT provided students with time to get caught up on work, get extra help from teachers, attend club meetings and so forth. Why should the students that truly need this time be punished because of the students who don't take their education seriously? How about the faculty address those students that are the problems instead of punishing all of the students. Along with the extended school hours, there is little time left after school for meetings, tutoring, etc. This poses a greater problem then some students hanging in the hallways. Most students are over stressed as it is, this is only going to stress them more by taking away this imperative time during the school day. Staff always want to lump the students together, which is not fair to the ones that truly want to learn and do well. Each student should be addressed as an individual and dealt with appropriately from there. Stop worrying so much about if a shirt is tucked or not and address the REAL issuses. The teachers and staff at BHS tend to 'talk down' to the students instead of talking to them. Respect is a two way street, you have to give it in order to receive it back. I mean what's next at BHS....no talking during lunch, only speak when spoken to???

I personally think we should bring back ilt because eventhrough we might have had some student who ran the hall not all did it was a good way to give others a break and " Scientist say the who brain can do the best work within four hours after that you slow down" and i ilt basically gives us a break and then we can finish the rest of our time finishing the rest of the school day working until it's time to go home. I know I'm not the best student but please bring back ilt.

BHS is so over the top strict smh. Take ILT away because some kids like to stand in the halls? (although I don't get it because they literally can just stand in a classroom and talk but whatever) bring back ILT with some looser reins like hmm idk letting us sit in the cafeteria? Let us be able to use the restrooms?? Come on now
Cause i like petitions and ian is my friend
Bring Ilt back please
Please bring it back
