A nasty, sadistic way to kill him; one of my very favorite characters on EastEnders. And just as he was starting to come into his own. Perhaps when he returns (note I don't say if), he will have shed the "Fat Boy" nickname and be Arthur.

Fatboy was great for the soap. A lovable character with a genuine heart. Was brilliant seeing his relationship with Dot. Don't let him be killed off as cruelly as that, BRING HIM BACK!
