what a great show! The main characters are SO well-developed that you have solid reasons - you think ;) - for loving or disliking them. PLEASE bring them back!!

incredibly well done series...who decided against its renewal...the history needs to be told and it should have gone for each year. So many people are unaware of the true sacrifices made in WW1 and need to be reminded of the true unsung costs of war. Please consider this...if we don't know our history we are doomed to repeat the mistakes again in the future. This series needs to be considered to be a Public Service, not just another Drama. As much as I have been enjoying Mr. Selfridge, it can not match the importance of Crimsion Fields.

I was shocked to learn BBC had cancelled this excellent show. I am so sad about this - it was must see TV and we are all losers for BBC's wrong decision

Hopelessly hooked after the 1st episode only to fond out that it had been cancelled with the whole story plot left wide open and unresolved?? It's like starting a gripping novel only to discover that the last half is missing and it's the only copy in the world. Please bring this show back!
